Filled Stop tnt destroying dropped items

Plugin category: Erm not sure sorry.

Minecraft version: Spigot 1.12

Suggested name: NiceTNT

What I want:
Basically just tnt not to destroy dropped items, but not blocks or anything like that.

Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

Ideas for permissions: No perms needed

When I'd like it by: 5th August.

The plugin loaded, but creepers still blew up dropped items. No console error
