Suggested name: NoDrop

What I want:
I would like a plugin where if you do a command for example /nodrop 11 it will add that item to a nodrop list. So when you put a sertain item in a chest it wont allow you to. It will refuse to go in there and will go back to where it was in your inventory. Also I would like to so you you cannot drop it out of your inventory either so for example when you throw lava out it will not let you and it will go back to the place it was in your inventory if it is on the NoDrop list. It will reply with the message '&cSorry but you cannot drop this item.' or '&cSorry you cannot put this item in a chest.'

Ideas for commands:
/NoDrop {ID} - Adds an item to the no Drop list.
/NoDrop {Name} - Adds an item with a sertain name to the no Drop list.
/NoDrop Remove {ID} - Removes an item from the no drop list.
/NoDrop Remove {Name} - Removes item from the no drop list.
/NoDrop help - Shows all commands.

Ideas for permissions:
NoDrop.Bypass - Allows the player to drop the things on the NoDrop list.
NoDrop.Admin - Allows all commands in NoDrop.
NoDrop.Help - Allows the player to do /NoDrop help.

What if a player dies with a no drop item? Will it still drop?
