Spawn monsters with stuff

Hey !
I know it's possible to spawn monster (same skin like a default player) with some stuff (diamond for exemple). I saw many plugins who can spawn monsters but never with stuff

Can you help me ?

Thats not my plugin, he has only got the same picture as i have.

A more simple plugin to only create custom mobs with stuffs and spawn them on some worlds would be wonderful. NPCX is no longer updated and needs a MySQL DataBase...
