[Solved]Need helping finding Plugin

We just made a MarketPlace in are server and we need a good plugin that sets and protects plots also if possible is there one that you can also set a sign and they pay there rent say weekly for the plot and it the don't pay the plot becomes noowner and they lose all there items? some one help please

 

I think Towny can handle rent (you need iConomy as well I believe)
