The Jar its self? I highly doubt it, But still a chance; If you mean when downloading it which I presume that's what you mean... Where did you download it from?

 

Na i have downloaded it from bukkit a legit one, but when i start my Bukkit server my antivirus blocks
mcstats.org/report/LWC it says it is a webthreat?

 

Statistics, Shows the plugin maker statistics of their plugin; Safe from what I know as even some Bukkit Mods have that in their plugin. Kinda like this:


I think your anti-virus is complaining because it's sending a report without permission, Or something along the lines that it thinks it might be stealing valuable info.
