can someone please make a spell command that casts a cloud of smoke particles around the caster that totally clouds the vision of onlookers. more info: the cloud is in a cylinder around the caster in a 10x10 area. other effects are that when mobs enter the cloud they are totally unable to see where any players are. the particles are optional in the config file to use the smoke particle the torch fire particle, underwater bubble particle and the nether gate particle.
