Generates a sphere (you can set the radius) of nether gate portal blocks (id 90) around the device, it will be made of 2 diamond blocks and one emerald block. The Device will have the following effects. 1. It will make random holes form that destroy blocks to bedrock, you can set the radius of where the holes form in the configuring. 2. Slowness filed the closer you get to a device the slow you get ,it can be set to stop you from moving at all when you are 6 blocks away from it, you can set the radius. 5. Boosting a effect, 1 2 3 effects will speed up until and the device will melts down ,you can set how long it takes until the boosting effect happens and how long until the melt down. 6. Melt down, all blocks are destroy in the radius that was set in effect 1 and leaves behind a hole open to the void.
