Filled Simple Tell

    1.12 Spigot

    Name of plugin:
    BasicAlert

    What I want:
    I would like to be able to tell a player something, with no username or anything. I want the console to be able to use this as well.
    If the console does /alert bob &aI like candy!

    Then bob will see &aI like candy! (green of course). No-one else will see anything, and there will be nothing before the message, no [Server] or <username>.

    Commands:
    /alert

    Permission:
    Only ops and console can do /alert

    I would like this asap please!

    @Chessnutter Sounds like tellraw to me.
    If nobody does it before I get home then I will do this.

    Since when did /tellraw exist lol, never knew about it @timtower
    It's annoyingly complicated though, and I can't seem to use color codes. Please still make this :)

    I don't really mind those 20 lines
    Starting now

    EDIT: SimpleTell, link is in my signature, permission is simpletell.use, defaults to OP. Command is /simpletell
