Suggested name: SS-SnowBallSwitch

What I want: Preety simple, when you throw a snowball at someone you switch places with them. I would like a config file where you can edit 2 things. Custom message-edit the message the player recieves when the player switches with someone(color codes allowed pls) , (2) custom cooldown reduction in seconds. Thank you.

Ideas for commands: /Snowballswitch -toggles on and off

Ideas for permissions: snowballswitch.toggle - Lets a player use the /snowballswitch command.

When I'd like it by: ASAP

 

I would assume this would be a easy code.

 

@Carson1st Just any snowball, or a snowball only obtained from a custom crafting recipe, or by other means?
