Filled Simple Command Cooldown

    Minecraft version: 1.7.10 Spigot

    Suggested name: SimpleCommandCooldown

    What I want: I would like to be able to set cool downs on a command or a warmup. So if I typed "/pay" it would pay the person in X amount of seconds, etc. Thats pretty much it.

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions:
    commandcooldown.bypass (bypasses the delay/cooldown)


    When I'd like it by: If I could get this plugin before Friday, my life would be really easy!\

    Reason I need: I need this plugin because there is a dupe glitch with /pay and /ah and adding a cooldown would prevent this. All cooldown plugins are to complicated and they are too big, a simple one would be lightweight for all servers!
