   I need a chunk protection plugin that allows me to:
   - Have a map like /f map OR/AND a message when you enter somebodies else chunk
   - Let you add exceptions for ppl to build in your chunk
   - Avaibility to give chunks/Sell chunks
   
   If anybody can tell me if this is able to be done with Towny or Facions tell me because I do not want factions raid

   Wait what? Do you want a standalone Chunkprotection plugin or just a plugin which hooks into towny/factions?

   I need something like factions but ONLY chunk protection and map and welcome/leave messages, btw, I do want to be able to add people to my chunks so they can build there, I need this URGENTLY
