Shulker Boxes In EnderChests

What I'd want: I have a 1.11.2 factions server and i would like a plugin that makes it so shulker boxes cannot fit in enderchests. In regular enderchests you can hold up to 1728 items when stacked in 64's. In the latest update if you go to the end and obtain shulker boxes you can fill them with items and put them inside your ender chest. This would make the ender chest hold 27 times as much items (46656). I want a plugin that would limit the amount of shulker boxes can go in enderchests. Example: none for regular players or 1 shulker box (able to fit in an ender chest) for donators.
Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.
Ideas for permissions: enderchest.shulker.[amount of shulker boxes can go into enderchests]
When I'd like it by: I would like it asap, but any time is fine
