    I'm hosting a server with maybe 10 people max. I'm running iconomy, Dynamic Market, WorldGuard, BigBrother, and LWC. Would it actually benefit the server to switch from SQLite to MySQL?

    No, you would be running a pretty big server software for not that much database traffic.
