If I take http://205.196.120.230/dbi5vpusishg/zfchl3gis9ufi97/Atherys_Ascended_x32_1.5_v1.4.zip and do an HTTP request, I get a response code of 302, which is a redirect. It redirects to <Edit by Moderator: Redacted mediafire url> color="#0066cc"><Edit by Moderator: Redacted mediafire url> That URL returns a 200, but it is not a ZIP file, it's a web page.

I don't know how to get the direct link off MediaFire, but i found it easier to use DropBox, and put the texture-pack.zip in the Public folder, then grab the file's public link and put that on the server. Its more organized, and you can update the texture-pack anytime you want without changing the link on the server.
In your Dropbox, there should be a folder named 'Public' you can put the texture-pack.zip in there, or create a folder to put it in. After you got the file where you want it, RightClick on the file > Dropbox > get public link, then paste that link as the server's texture pack in server.properties. You can update the texture-pack just buy putting the newer one with the same name where the old one was.
