server startup error.

2014-02-27 09:03:56,060 ERROR Unable to locate appender TerminalConsole for logg
    any idea? the server loads its just I cant see the console! thats all that loads. Makes it 1000% more hard to find the errors in my code.

    I am on mac.

    I have no idea. Please post the whole console log and the list of plugin that your server run
