Server problems

Hello I am creating a server i have done everything right i have port forwarded and everything but when i try to get my friends to join it with my public ip wont let me connect same with me but if i connect using my ipv4 it lets me connect but not them again.

And then if i go to the website to check if my ports are open they are and when i close down the server they shut i have went from port 25565 to 25565 its all the same and cant connect
