Server is very laggy

    Hello Guys,

    i have problem with my Server

    i become always this error and than going the Server down.

    Craftbukkit #794

    i starting it with:
    screen -S minecraft java -Xms7024M -Xmx7024M -jar craftbukkit.jar noguir
