Server Help .... Rankup & Kits

    Hey guys. I am trying to get a server going and need some help with plugins.. I am using Bukkit GUI. I would like to add a rank system, and Kits. Also I have Plotme and unless i give others /op they cant build unless i give them /op.. Any help would be appreciated
