Problem/Bug Server Error "server permissions file permissions.yml is not valid yaml"

    Can anyone help me why this now displays when i try start my server. I have My home and Grief Protection plug in's which i have been running the server successfully for a week with these plugins, no issues. which both plugins work perfectly fine. but now i start the server and it shows:

    I have tried to look online to resolve the issue and i just find that i need a permissions plug in, but how come i have been able to run all my plugins perfectly fine until now, but now there is a permissions issue and now i am unable to play on the server, well correction i can play on the server as local host but not through IP address?

    You may have written your permissions wrong. I don't use bukkit permissions. But I suggest using Pex
