On my server when i leave spawn i get kicked with:

io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: String too big (was 32789 bytes encoded, max 32767)

It could be an error with worldguard if you have a region set up there. Try running no plugins and see if it still happens.

@Nathan674329 Backup the server, remove the jar from the plugin folder, keep the configuration folders.

What version of Bukkit/Spigot do you have installed? Are you sure you removed all plugins? Are you trying this with a new world (if not, try creating a new world and seeing if your problem resolves itself)?

Spigot 1.8, i have uninstalled them all and it doesnt work in the other world but it works in the main world.

What is different about the main world compared to the other worlds? Have you tested any plugins in every world but the main world/test a plugin in only the main world?

Most likely, there is an entity that has some "bad data" that keeps crashing the client when the player tries to load that entity. If you can, try killing all entities in that world (after you back up the world) and see if that fixes your problem.
