Searching for a (mysql?) bank plugin

    Hey,
    I found a server network who has a plugin which can deposit and withdraw money.
    So they have a hub server, and a couple normal servers.
    When you vote on a voting website you will get $1000.
    In the hub(lobby) you can deposit your money.
    In a other server, you can withdraw your money to spend it there.

    Is this done with mysql? And does someone know how the plugin is called?
