Sandstone into Sand

Hello!

I have a skyblock server on that is on my network, and I have been noticing that players have a hard time getting sand. The other items in the servers crates make getting sand a slim chance, and I don't want the economy to be highly depended on. I rather have a few decorative blocks in the shop. So, I have decided to add sand to cobble gens.

Great! So problem solved, right? Well, no. Sand needs a shovel to be broken fast. Not a pickaxe. So it is super annoying. So, can someone make a plugin so if you put 4 gold ingots in a crafting table or player inventory table (2x2 slots), than it becomes 2 pieces of sand?

I need this ASAP.

Wouldn't making the sandstone craft into sand be better than 4 gold ingots?
