Running overviewer, do you do it on a backup, or live game data?

    When you run overviewer on your maps, do you do it on live data (save-off), or do you run it on last backup of world file?

    Hey,

    I suggest running it from a backup. Running it from the live data isn't a good idea, afaik.
    Shouldn't be too hard, get a script that gets a backup, unzips it, creates overview, deletes unzipped folder. And just run that from cron :)
