Problem/Bug Run Error, EssentialsX

Hi,
I am new to server dev. and I have tons of Errors involving exceptions, thread errors, and long delays.
First I am having an exception generated that I have no idea how to fix:
Task #32 for Essentials v2.17.0.0 generated an exception
Second, when riding a Minecart in my world, Errors like these showed up:
