Rich player rewards

Dear developers,

I would like a plugin that rewards the richest player on my server with a special rank
The plugin should

• check who is the richest player,
• check if the player changed since the last check,
• if there is a new richest player; execute commands defined in the config (multiple commands)

I want to use something as %player% in the commands

My server has vault and essentials eco installed
Server is running the latest spigot build

No commands and no permissions

check interval about every 30minutes
