Solved Resource packs, packets...

Hello everyone, I'm trying to make a plugin that sends a resource pack to a player.
The problem is, i want the plugin to know if the user has accepted or declined the resource pack request.
It has probably something to do with packets, but i have no idea how they work and how to use them.
PLEASE HELP!!

Easiest way is using pure API. Don't know in which version it was added though, just look if you have the events.

Just listen to the PlayerResourcePackStatusEvent. You can send the ResourcePack with "Player.setResourcePack(java.lang.String)".
