Hello! I was wondering if it's possible to make something as a whitelist but just allowing certain countries? For example: I run a server in belgium, americans that connect are good and all but most of the time they lag and they lag other people from europe by doing so... would it be possible to but certain countries(or just europe) in a whitelist? Extra info: I have the geo thingy on my server that tells where people are from, could this be used to help the whitelist issue to determine who or who won't get allowed? thanks in advance!

no but sometimes i have 4 americans and 4 european people online and when those 4 americans keep laghumping everyblock everywhere, it does lag other people... edit: besides, i just wondered if something like that was possible !
Of course it is possible. Using the GeoLite Country database you could restrict your server to only accept connections coming from specified countries. http://www.maxmind.com/app/geolitecountry
No, you still need to code the plugin. But the Database of IP->location exists, so really you just have to poll the DB everytime a player connects.
