I would like if someone could make a plugin that is intergrated with permissions 3.0 and is basically a rules plugin but once they read all the rules set up in the config file. They will type "I Agree" to go from Guest to Member (or whatever groups that particular server has set up) The rules should be able to use colors, and multiple lines as well. Maybe even pages if someone is up to it. Often times, Admins/Managers/Mods are busy on my server and we miss players to upgrade from guest to member so they can build. Would be nice for an auto process. Maybe even a message upon there first login that notes they should type /rules to continue.
