[REQ] Custom Death Messages for 1.5.1's named mobs

Suggested name: CustomDeath for UCC

What I want: I need a plugin that will change the message that comes up when a player was slain by a mob. I know there is already a plugin called DeathMessages, but I need something different, due to the ability for people to name mobs using an anvil. What I would like it to say is:

"<username> was <slain/shot/etc> by a <name of mob> named <name of mob>"

An example:

"iComputerz was shot by a Skeleton named Mike"
"iComputerz was slain by a Zombie named Dave"
... and so on.

Ideas for commands: /ucc deathmessages toggle - Turns the death messages on or off, replies to person that sent the command "Named Mob Death Messages were turned <on/off> successfully."

Ideas for permissions: ucc.deathmessages.admin - Allows access to the toggle command, default to no one - Must be added to permissions manually.

When I'd like it by: At least by 3/29/2013, no later than 4/1/2013

The plugin that was made for me gives back a whole bunch of errors and froze the server. I need a plugin made for 1.5.1 R0.2 please
