[REQ] Anti-Proxy / Anti-VPN

    Hey all,

    Well, im requesting a plugin against people who are using a proxy / vpn ( <- vpn = infinite ip's )
    That would be really usefull for my offline-mode server.
    I would really appreciate and donate the person that can make that.

    Do you know if there is anyway to check if he's behind a VPN or Proxy? Otherwise undoable.

    Im not sure, but maybe there is.
    All the VPN's are starting with 173.xxx.xxx
    Maybe is there also a detection item for Proxy ip's.

    It would be nice if that was available.
