Plugin Help Renting and selling plots

Hello!
I have a spigot server 1.8.7. I made a new world with plugin PlotMe. But I would like to make different plot world then usual. I would like to have some of the plots able to be rented and other to be bought. For this reason A use ShopArea plugin.
With World guard i made region selection (one plot) and made it able to rent. When I try to rent it, it works, but I cant built there.
On 4 of the plots I made a shop and spawnin area etc. Now I need to protect them, how do I do that? So that when you type /plotme auto, it wont give me one of thesee?
