Redstone AntiLag Plugin

    Hey, I was wondering if anyone is kind enough to make me this plugin:

    AntiLag Redstone plugin:
    What it does?
    Basically, do 3 things:
    1. Slow down Redstone so, it makes Redstone clocks super slow
    2. Break faster Redstone clocks/burn them out.
    3. limit piston extend and retract block counts to maybe 10

    This would help out a lot of owners, not just me, I literally can't find any plugin like this OUT There!
