Plugin Help Rankup plugin help

Hello!

I am looking for a rank up plugins, that gives a permission every time they rank up, without using group manager. I don't want the plugin to do anything with group manager, cause I have my own ranks sat there. So what I want is this: [RankUp Rank(A/B/C) [GroupManager Rank (Mod, Helper, Member) (PlayerName)> (Chat)
I all the different ranks in the rankup plugin to have the option to modify permissions. For example [A] [PreMod] MinniPvP> chat. Will have the permission to do /warp A or [PreMod] MinniPvP> chat. Will have the permission to do /warp B. I hope I explained good enought, if you have any questions tell me and thank you for reading/helping me with this
