Suggested name: Easy Rank Vouchers

What I want: I want a simple plugin that is like a rank voucher. I want this plugin to require factionsone and to be in the warzone for you to redeem it. I also want this plugin to have a time limit set for each rank that you have to wait in the warzone for. I also want a reload command so you dont have to reload the entire server. The last thing I would probably need with this is a config that actually will have the ranks that i want and i could easily get my friends a voucher.

Ideas for commands: /rankvoucher give [name] [Rank] [quantity] or /rv give [name] [Rank] [quantity] or /rv reload or /rankvoucher reload

Ideas for permissions: Just permissions that the owner and co-owner are the only ones who can use the commands. Also people who are opped.

When I'd like it by: Either Tomorrow or sometime tonight. (I live on the east coast of the U.S.)
