What I want:
A Plugin that will allow me to create custom portals in a world that if entered, teleports the player in a random location between the cordinations i have configured, for example. If i go through the "S" portal in my hub, i would be teleported in a different world between 0,64,0 & 0,64,15000. I need this so i can have different portals in my hub like south,north,west and east that will teleport them in random cords in that direction. It's for a pvp server.

If there is an existing plugin that I am unaware of, please post that.

Ideas for commands: /rlp create (name) <- then it would make you able to select two blocks with your hand to create a portal. /rlp delete (name) <- Deleting a portal. /rlp setpos1 (name) <- Sets first position for that portal destination. /rlp sepos2 (name) <- Sets second position for that portal destination.
