   I would like someone to make a plugin that color codes the chat in rainbow text.
   I would like the command for this to be /R or /Rainbow.
   And only people with '/Rainbow" in their commands area can use it.

   That third "requirement" isn't really possible yet, since permissions haven't been added to Bukkit yet.
