Quick question (easy)

So I am looking to make a Hub server with like Skywars, KitPvP, factions,cosmetics..etc.. And i'm wondering if there are plugins i'd need for this and possibly a video showing exactly how to do like custom plugins per world maybe and like just i want it to be like Mineverse where you can choose a minigame from the hub and go to it.
