Filled Quest plugin

Hello,

I am looking for a simple quest plugin for my minecraft 1.8 server or maybe this is a crazy very not simple idea.

I have these plugins to manage my economy both working very well together:

The plugin should give admins the ability to create repeatable kill quests on a cooldowntimer that will reward currency upon completion, no items or experience.

Of course I would be willing to install another plugin such as citizens 2. For the ability to spawn/delete NPCS Unless of course this can be done in 1 plugin in which case I LOVE YOU!

Is this asking to much or even possible? Really looking for something I wont have to spend hours teaching my admins or players how to use and to be honest something I wont have to spend hours learning.

 

Look up "Quests plugin".
It can be configured very easily ingame, works with citizens, and is a great quest plugin. It also supports repeatable quests.

youll see i found a plugin thats exactly what i need but cant get the permission quest.command to work right.
