query is enabeled in config but all server list websites show its not.

Hello, i recently noticed that my query is not working so i decided to look into it, so i fixed all the issues i had (many parse errors in config files, misconfigured plugins etc..)
and the startup log looks fine; http://pastebin.com/isUkauDN
and my query is obviously enabeled in server.properties
but my server still doesn't want to respond to the query.
So any ideas why Minecraft server list websites cant get detailed info about my server?

PS: I'm using HostHorde so all their ports from 1 to 65500 are forwarded.
