PV On Certain Blocks

Hello!

So with the PlayerVaults plugin, there are some glitches that can allow you to duplicate items. I have an idea that can help fix this, and make servers a bit more 'hardcore' when it comes to using the player vaults.

So, I want a plugin that only allows you to use player vaults on certain blocks. There are two permissions:
- pvblock.bypass >> Allows you to open player vaults on any block (Default: OP)
By default, players can only use the pv command on certain blocks. Which blocks though?

Well, I want a configuration file like this:

cantopen = '&cYou cannot open a player vault on this block!'
Blocks:
- Dirt
- Stone

You should be able to change blocks, and add/remove them from the config. The msg should also be configurable.

Download here. Created using 1.8.8 Spigot JAR. Works from 1.7.x - 1.11.x (possibly 1.12 as well). If you find an issue, feel free to personal message me VIA Bukkit or Spigot (I'm much more active on Spigot).
