PROBLEMS STARTING A NEW MINECRAFT 1.7.4 BUKKIT SERVER WITH THE RUN.BAT FILE

Hello - i am new to this website and i am slightly desperate on how to make a new bukkit server for minecraft 1.7.4.

Lately i been trying to set up a new bukkit server - i have previously learned how to make a vanilla server. And for a while now i always wanted a bukkit server but it seems i been getting this error in the run.bat file

For a while now i been looking up on how to fix this problem but it seems there arent any solutions for this particular problem.

i did the necessary steps in order to make this server prior of wat this site is telling me

and i also used the necessary build for the bukkit as well

i really dont understand why this error keeps occurring , i would like to know why and how to fix this - thank you

it is possible that i may be running on a bad driver or some sorts or maybe java doesnt work with me.

I am running on a windows 8 computer

this computer is capable to do some of ur gaming needs and able to run a server with barely any lag

idk if this is a good idea to post here but i would like someone to help me please. :/

wat u should do is - find the download link to download the jar file

---then try to see if u can simply follow the simple steps on making the server

there is another problem - wen restarting computer - it the run.bat file does not work again. ._. ..help please
