Buy the game! Offline mode is not supported on bukkit forums, meaning nobody on the forums will help you with your offline mode issues.

I think I can explain to you what he meant , okay then :
he owns CRACKED minecraft with access to the multiplayer,
he opened his OWN server , bought it from Hypernia ,
he installed all the plugins needed and all his backup but then he faced problem ,
people can join play and be on the server without register ,
no one needs to do the command : /register - to be able to play , every1 can join play move and use the server ,
what means every1 can login with what name they like and "destroy / use" other player ,
so now he wants to know how can he set the /register command back again
(he had a server in the past and the command /register worked fine there).
