Prison Prestige

What I want:
- Configurable Prestige Rank, Messages, Prestige list
- Can hook into essentials chat for the prestige display (ex. [P1] [Rank] [player name]: [message])
- Comments in the config for extra help
- Dependency with vault
Optional:
- GUI for prestiges
- Custom prefix for plugin (ex. [Prestige])
Commands:
- /prestige - prestiges you
- /prestiges - lists prestiges and shows you which prestige you are on (same for gui)
- /prestige reload - reloads the plugin
I would like this in plugin in a week if possible, I know there is another plugin out there that has these functions,
