Premium Remove Ban kick and stop

    i have premium users on my server and i would like to remove some features from them.

    - /Stop
    - /ban
    - /kick
    - /ban-ip

    Commands to be added
    - /premium add NAME
    - /premium remove NAME

    and a feature to disable premium after 1 month ect..
    - /premium add NAME DAYS MONTHS
