Problem/Bug PowerRanks Inheritances/Perms Not Working

    Hi,

    My inheritances and some permissions for each rank aren't working.
    Example: /help doesn't work past rank Member (VIP up), but other permissions such as /fly and etc work.
    Please look over this file and see if there's anything that needs to be fixed.
