Portable Chest

Hey guys, how about make a plugin that give to the player a portable chest?
When the player Right Click a Wither Star, an Enderchest GUI will open.
This would be good to VIPs in Survival Servers

 

Essentials has a command that does this

Disagree all you want, it is pinned at the top of these forums that when requesting a plugin you should follow the template.
What permissions should be used?
What commands, if any should, be used?

 

It's not a requirment to use the template.
You can assume no commands for the plugin and a permission node is very simple to program in.

 

It wouldn't be pinned if it wasn't a guideline.
Anyway, I'm not arguing with you, Just pointing out that its better to make a post with the guideline than to do the above.
