Plugins Not loading (Still!)

    I've been having problems with craftbukkit 1.4.6
    Plugins aren't loading like Wireless Redstone, iZone, and World Guard.
    I have them completely updated to 1.4.6 and all the permissions are fine.

    Here is the photos of the Server, I tried downgrading all the plugins and the server to 1.4.5 Still not working!

    Do I need PermissionsEx?

    Jonathannargi, offline mode is not a supported configuration, you'll need to figure out the issue yourself.
