• GiftGiving(A Christmas plugin I'm working on - Beta)
• PowerNBT(Everything is null!!)

Untested:

• LogBlock(still not sure how it acts to new blocks)
• SurvivalGames(None of my players wants to test it for some reason =( )
• Skybank(Forgot I had this...)

 

Orebfusicator 2.0.3 works pretty well. There's just one bug which players can workaround if they run into it.

EDIT: Or are you asking for the workaround? If you get stuck in an invisible tree, simply log out and log back in.

 

Factions is working now that it has updated. You can also add ClearLagg to the totally broken list.

 

FYI there clear known issues with iConomy due to lacking UUID support and wiping out someone's balance (as of this posting and checking the bukkit forum for it). Chestshop and Lockette might even have similiar problems...
Also is protocolib truely broken? cuz its listed to be updated even for 1.7.4? now..

yeah I was looking at http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/protocollib/ its up on there but listing it for 1.7.4 compatible?
