Plugin to set permissions to zones?

    Hi there...

    I'm searching for a way to first :
    protect zones BUT not only protect but set real permissions for this zones like :
    don't use WorldEdit features, don't use the "/tp" command and things like that, but only in specific zones which I want to edit InGame.

    Is there a way to realize this ?
