   Minecraft version: 1.12
   
   Suggested name: ImageByPixels
   
   What I want: I'd like to see a plugin that place the image on ground of the minecraft world somewhere with a configuration file that determine with block to not use like tnt, end crystal, water, piston, furnace, chest, dispenser, jukebox, cactus, hopper and so on.
   
   Ideas for commands: /imgcreate <name of the image file.png>
   
   as a example: /imgcreate seasalt.png
   then it should create a image on ground based where the player is standing on:
   
   
   
   this pixel I have it to do myself.
   Ideas for permissions: createimage.bypixels
   
   When I'd like it by: Anytime
